Urbane DiakonieStanding together in the neighborhood
The foundation Urbane Diakonie was founded in June 2016 by PD Dr. theol. Christoph Sigrist, who has been the pastor at the Grossmünster in Zurich since 2003. The purpose of the foundation is, through solidarity and compassion, to promote a community that focuses on mutual support, in line with their motto “Standing together in the neighborhood”. To achieve this goal, it provides various impulses and, under the brand “Urbane Diakonie”, it finances private projects in the urban area that allow different generations to enjoy a happy and dignified coexistence.
In close cooperation with the foundation’s governing board, HDK developed and implemented a brand designed to foster clear communication. On the website, an easy-to-follow, clearly arranged structure is combined with urbane, emotionally evocative images and bright color accents to create a lively corporate design that facilitates orientation. The brand family leads by example, providing inspiration that can result in concrete projects coming to life in the spirit of Urbane Diakonie’s mission of “standing together in the neighborhood”.
