The Baugenossenschaft Letten (BGL) is a cooperative owning a large number of apartments in the city of Zurich. In its more than 90 years of existence, the BGL has grown into a medium-sized cooperative, with an emphasis on maintaining and preserving affordable living spaces for future generations.
BGL’s corporate identity had not been changed for 16 years and was starting to look its age. Our first task was therefore a redesign. Freshly “renovated”, the BGL’s new branding demonstrates that the cooperative idea has lost none of its appeal; on the contrary, maintaining and preserving affordable housing and living spaces continues to be among the most pressing needs of today’s urban planning. BGL approaches its mission based on the guiding principle “reaching goals together, with enthusiasm”.
